Sun City Grand Monthly Statistics Report June 2010
I've just created a new web page entitled Sun City Grand Statistics. In it you will find monthly stats for homes listed, the days on the market, and the homes sold. Hopefully the statistics will provide potential buyers and sellers with additional information when purchasing or selling homes in Sun City Grand.
Each summer, the number of homes sold in Sun City Grand is the lowest than any other time of the year; sales during spring remain consistently high.
The length of time on the market for golf course properties is beginning to show a slight decrease.
The time on the market for the sold non-golf course properties indicate a substantial decrease.
The number of listed properties in June 2010 was the lowest since January 2008.
