Sun City Grand Homes Sold August 2024

What's up with the real estate market? According to The Cromford Report, the Northeast valley showed a significant decline in sales volume and price (34%). The rest of Phoenix experienced a smaller decline (8%). Expect high end sales to rebound as temperature cools down. It was 109 degrees on September 1, OUCH! Overall market pricing should stabilize. The market is slowly stabilizing but lacks excitement. Waiting for a significant event (perhaps a rate drop?) to spark more activity!

is the Department of Justice lawsuit against the National Association of Realtors (NAR) affecting the real estate market?  While it’s too early to measure the full impact, experts anticipate a ripple effect throughout the market, potentially lowering costs for consumers in the long term but also leading to significant adjustments for agents and brokerages.
